Catering services

You are free to bring along your own cook or the lodge has a professional chef/cook you can engage to cook to your taste. Then you can be assured of mouth-watering Scottish beefsteaks, lightly smoked haddock, venison casseroles or juicy langoustines. Only the finest local ingredients are used. Please inform as well in advance.

Fresh goods

Croft and hill produce

The lodge can supply by order its own free range eggs, venison and highland wild boar. Lamb and beef can be sourced locally - Davies award-winning sausages are delicious on the barbeque.

Seafood

Your hosts own their own commercial fishing boats which land their catches most evenings at the Ullapool Harbour. Freshly-caught prawns (langoustines), whitefish, lobster and crab can be ordered and delivered daily to the lodge. Please order one or two days in advance, if possible. And don't hesitate to ask if you need suggestions on how these mouthwatering deliacies should be prepared and served

Neighbours supply fresh salmon and sea trout, if you haven't managed to catch enough yourselves!

They also offer very tasty hot- or cold-smoked salmon and various various smoked products.

Groceries

Grocieries can be ordered online and delivered in advance from the Tesco branch in Ullapool.
